At Whisk & Goux, every order is baked fresh to ensure the highest quality and freshness.

Order Processing

Most orders require 48 hours’ notice.

Larger orders, custom orders, and catering requests may require additional lead time. If additional time is needed, we will contact you after your order is placed.

Orders are not considered confirmed until payment has been received.


Local Pickup

Local pickup is available in the Henderson/Las Vegas area.

Customers will receive pickup instructions and confirmation details once their order is ready.

Please arrive within your scheduled pickup window whenever possible.

If you are unable to make your pickup time, please contact us as soon as possible.


Local Delivery

Delivery may be available for select locations within the Las Vegas Valley.

Delivery availability, fees, and time windows will be shown during checkout when applicable.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

Whisk & Goux is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect delivery addresses provided by the customer
  • Delays caused by restricted access locations
  • Products left unattended after successful delivery

Once delivery has been completed, responsibility for the order transfers to the customer.


Shipping

At this time, Whisk & Goux may limit shipping availability based on product type, weather conditions, and destination.

Shipping times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Weather
  • Carrier disruptions
  • Incorrect addresses
  • Events outside our control

Customers are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive perishable shipments when applicable.


Order Accuracy

Please review your order carefully before submitting.

If you believe your order was received incorrectly or arrived damaged, contact us within 48 hours of receipt and include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos when applicable

We will work with you to make it right.


Holiday & Peak Season Orders

During holidays and high-demand periods, additional processing time may be required.

We recommend placing orders early to ensure availability.


Storage Recommendations

For the best experience:

  • Enjoy cookies within 3–5 days of receiving them.
  • Store in an airtight container at room temperature.
  • Cookies may be frozen for up to 3 months.
